BOOKING POLICY

Thank you so much for your support in helping our small business run smoothly.

The following booking terms & conditions allow us to continue providing a top quality experience to our beautiful clients. Late cancellations and 'no shows' to appointments severely impact our business. Please familiarize yourself with our booking policy to avoid cancellation fees.

General Terms & Conditions:

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Email is our preferred method of contact, please contact us at willowskinandbeauty@outlook.com. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a 50% late cancellation fee. Failure to show up to an appointment will incur 100% of the treatment cost. You will be unable to re-book with us with outstanding late cancellation or no show fees.

Please note the quickest and easiest way to make an appointment with us is online through our website. As a small owner operated business we are often in the treatment room and we do not have a receptionist. It can take some time for us to get back to phone calls. Please note that lateness to appointments will result in shortened treatment times in fairness to other clients and our team. While we will always do our best to accomodate our clients, in the case of extreme lateness treatment may be refused and late cancellation fees will apply

Due to OH&S children must be supervised at all times. We are unable to perform treatments while babies or toddlers are being held.

To ensure everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Willow we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum and that food is not consumed in the salon.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product or service you receive at Willow, please let us know within 24 hours so we are able to remedy this for you. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want every experience you have in salon to be a great one.
